A: Typically around 12–16 weeks, after the last round of vaccinations. Early visits help pups get used to the salon environment so grooming feels natural and stress-free.

A: It depends on coat type:
• Short-haired pups → every 4–6 weeks
• Double-coated breeds → monthly baths + trims
• Curly & wavy coats (doodles, poodles, bichons) → every month to prevent matting

A: Only safe, premium products we trust for our own pups: gentle shampoos, nourishing conditioners, and coat treatments made with pup health in mind.
Q:Can I stay and watch my dog being groomed?
A:For your pup’s comfort, we recommend not staying in the room. Most dogs relax more easily when they don’t see their parents nearby. Our groomers are trained to keep every pup safe, calm, and happy throughout the process.
Q:What if my dog is aggressive or anxious?
A: Safety first — always. Please tell us in advance if your pup has shown aggressive behavior. We’ll try to find a safe way to help, but if grooming puts your pup or our groomers at risk, we’ll stop and discuss other options with you.
