PUPS.LA Terms of Service

Welcome to PUPS.LA (“PUPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By booking or receiving grooming services with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1)Services
PUPS.LA is a modern grooming salon focused exclusively on dogs. We provide premium grooming services in a safe, stylish, and professional environment.
• Full-Service Grooming Only: We do not offer self-wash tubs. All services are performed by our trained grooming team.
• Services may include bathing, grooming, trimming, styling, nail care, teeth cleaning, and other spa-like treatments.
• All services are for dogs only.
2)Eligibility
To receive services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be the lawful owner of the dog.
• Confirm that your pup is up-to-date on all core vaccinations (rabies, parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis). Proof may be requested.
• Inform us of any medical or behavioral conditions that could affect grooming.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if your dog is unsafe, overly aggressive, or unfit for grooming at that time.
3)Booking, Cancellation & No-Show
• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in-person.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early so your pup can settle in.
• One grace cancellation: your first cancellation is free.
• After that:
• Cancellation within 12 hours or no-show → $25 fee.
• After three no-shows or late cancellations, you may be restricted from future bookings.
• If you are late, your appointment time will be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
4)Safety & Care
• We always prioritize safety, comfort, and quality.
• If fleas are discovered during the appointment, a flea bath may be required at an additional charge.
• Severely matted coats may require shaving for your pup’s health and comfort.
• If your dog shows extreme stress or aggression, we may stop the service and notify you.
• We do not provide veterinary services. In case of an emergency, we may contact your veterinarian or seek emergency care at your expense.
5)Products
We only use carefully selected, high-quality, pup-safe grooming products that prioritize skin health, coat quality, and safety.
6)Payments
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept credit/debit cards and cash (cash tips are welcome).
• Pricing depends on breed, coat type, condition, and service level. Final cost will be confirmed at consultation.
7)Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure your pup’s safety and comfort, grooming involves handling live animals who may react unpredictably. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with grooming.
8)Photography & Media
We may occasionally photograph or video pups during grooming for training or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your pup included, please notify us at check-in.
9)Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
